2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Legality

PurePlan does not warrant, verify, or guarantee:

• The accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of the submitted information.
• The legal title, ownership, or land status of any developer or project.
• The existence, validity, or stage of RERA approvals, local municipal approvals, or environmental clearances.
• The correctness of financial projections, ROI values, estimated rental yields, or appreciation estimates.
• The timeline, completion probability, or final delivery specifications of any under-construction development.

The presence of a "Verified" badge or review markers on the Platform indicates only that the listing has satisfied our basic administrative document review checklists. It does not replace a comprehensive legal, structural, or financial audit.
