1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PurePlan platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Scope of Service and Professional Disclaimer

PurePlan is a technology-driven project discovery and verified listing platform designed to connect property buyers directly with developers.

Important Disclaimer: PurePlan is strictly a technology platform. We are NOT:

• Real estate brokers or agents.
• Legal advisors.
• Financial advisors or investment planners.
• Valuation authorities or regulatory inspectors.

Any project reviews, verification badges, or projections shown on the platform represent compliance data submitted by developers and administrative verification checklists. They do not constitute formal investment advice or valuation guarantees.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain gated sections of the platform (such as detailed maps and callback scheduling), you must register for a Customer or Developer account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password.
• All activities and requests that occur under your account.
• Notifying PurePlan immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

4. User Content & Upload Responsibility

Developers, listings creators, and users are solely responsible for any content they upload, publish, or transmit via the platform, including text, pricing, milestones, images, and brochures. By uploading content, you warrant that you possess all legal authorization and intellectual property rights required for such uploads.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that violate integrity, security, or regulatory frameworks, including:

• Fraud & Deception: Creating false listings, uploading misleading information, or presenting invalid pricing/ROI figures.
• Impersonation: Falsely representing themselves as other developers, owners, or agents without authorization.
• Omissions: Intentionally hiding material project delays, regulatory disputes, or lack of approvals.
• Copyright Violations: Utilizing unauthorized images, copy, floor plans, or brochures owned by third parties.
• Technical Abuse: Crawling, scraping, scraping listings, or introducing malware and reverse-engineering the Service.

6. No Warranty

The Service and all project listings are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. PurePlan makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, approvals, or investment returns of any listing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurePlan, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial losses arising from listings, transactions, delays, disputes, fraud, or inaccuracies.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

PurePlan reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate developer profiles, user accounts, or active listings if we find violations of these terms, platform discipline, or legal regulations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, India.
